誰先來，誰後走？

草中無語，風吹有聲。

或許已飛，或許已亡。

只見蛋殼已裂，足印猶存。

 

 

After the Shell Breaks

 

Who came first, and who departed last?

The grass is silent, yet the wind still speaks.

Perhaps it has flown, perhaps it has perished.

All that remains— a shattered shell, and lingering footprints.

 

 

殻の砕けし後

 

誰が先に来たり、誰が後に去りしや。

草は語らず、風のみ声を残す。

飛び立ったのか、すでに絶えたのか。

ただ見ゆるは——割れし殻と、消え残る足跡のみ。
