她掏空了皇宮的柱礎；

她肩負著蛀空的殘樑。
一旦天變地鳴，
自然樑傾柱折。
山河沸騰，
她卻眼神冷峻，
似在算計，
又似已看透，
必然會來的命運。
直到那天，
她吐出最後一口氣，
帝國才在她身後，
崩成塵沙，
被傾入歷史長河，
又堆成皇陵封土。

That Woman
.
That woman,
sitting deep within the palace,
her hand upon the pulse of the court.
Some said
she hollowed out the pillars of the palace;
some said
she merely bore the burden
of beams long eaten through.
When heaven shook and earth roared,
how could the beams not fall
and the pillars not break?
The land boiled,
yet her gaze stayed cold—
as if calculating,
as if already seeing through
the fate that would surely come.
Until that day,
when she breathed out her final breath,
and only then
did the empire behind her
collapse into dust,
tilt into the river of history,
and rise again
as the sealed mound of a royal tomb.

彼女が宮殿の柱を掏ち抜いたと。
或る者は言う、
朽ちた梁を背負っていただけだと。
天が揺れ、地が鳴り響けば、

算盤を弾くようでもあり、
すでに見通したようでもある、
避けられぬ運命を。
その日が来て、
彼女が最後の息を吐いた時、
帝国はその背後で
塵と崩れ、
歴史の大河へと傾き流れ、
また累なりて
皇陵の封土となった。
