The snow has just ceased,
and the sky has turned clear.
Heaven and earth fall silent.
In this moment, within the forest,
I hear the breath of creation,
and feel the pulse of my own heart.


霽れ

雪がちょうどやみ、
空が晴れわたった。
天地はしんと静まり、
このとき、森のなかで
造化の息吹を聞き、
自らの脈を感じた。
